Fees will be agreed in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur reasonable administrative charges.
Cancellation terms will be included in individual service agreements. For nature-based sessions, I may reschedule if conditions pose a safety risk.
My work is developmental, reflective, and strategic. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. I am not liable for decisions made or actions taken by clients as a result of our work together. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
